Sid A. Rosen of Phoenix, Arizona sold the Doyle Building, located at 4331 N 120th Street, in Midtown Phoenix to a private investment group from Arizona for $260,000. Natan Jacobs and Les Litwin with Vestis Group in Phoenix represented the Buyer in the sale of this Phoenix office building. Scott Fey with Omni American, LLC in Phoenix represented the Seller.
