Vestis Group Brokers Single Family Home Portfolio Sale in Mesa AZ

(Phoenix – September 18, 2013) – Vestis Group is pleased to announce that brokers Victoria Miachika, Natan Jacobs and Les Litwin have completed the sale of nine single family homes (Mesa Single Family Home Portfolio) for $810,000 / $90,000 per unit.

The buyer, AHF American Homes Fund (USA), LP, an Arizona limited partnership, purchased the Mesa Single Family Home Portfolio. The seller was Michael W Utman of Mesa, Arizona. Victoria Miachika, Natan Jacobs and Les Litwin with Vestis Group in Phoenix represented the buyer in the sale.

The Mesa Single Family Home Portfolio is comprised of nine existing single-family detached homes all located in central Mesa, Arizona. The Mesa Single Family Home Portfolio includes four (4) 2 bed / 1 bath homes with an average size of 964 square feet and five (5) 3 Bed / 2 Bath homes with an average size of 1,180 square feet. Year of Construction for each home ranges from 1961-1972. All homes were rented at the time of sale.

The Mesa investment is the buyer’s second bulk single-family home purchase in the last 10 months. Miachika says the buyer is interested in additional bulk single-family home investment opportunities and is currently in escrow on a package of over 50 single-family homes located throughout the greater Phoenix area.
